New Year’s 

Midnight Resolution

1 oz. vodka
1 oz. pomegranate juice
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower

Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine and a lemon twist garnish.

2 oz.  plum sake
1/2 oz. Cathead honeysuckle vodka
1/2 oz. crème de violette
1/2 oz. sparkling wine
Splash of orange flower water
Serve chilled in a coupe glass.

Nog Up

1 oz. whiskey
1 oz. spiced rum
3 oz. egg nog mix

Shake with ice until frothy.
Strain in a coupe glass.
Garnish with grated cinnamon.
Serve chilled but not over ice.

For the Egg Nog Mix:

6 egg whites
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash of grated nutmeg
Dash of grated cinnamon stick
Combine prior to mixing Nog Up.

Witch’s Brew

1/2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. rum
1/2 oz. tequila
1 oz. blue curaçao
4 oz. orange juice
Fill a glass with ice, add all ingredients, stir, and enjoy!

Fourth of July

Public Knowledge  

1.5 oz. pineapple infused gin
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
Top with soda water.
Lightly muddle mint leaves in bottom of mason jar.
Garnish with pineapple chunks and a lemon wheel.

St. Patrick’s Day

The Dubliner 

1 & 1/2 oz. Tullamore DEW Irish whiskey 
3/4 oz. Dolin Rouge sweet vermouth 
1/4 oz. Pierre Ferrand dry orange curaçao
2 dashes angostura bitters 
Combine in a rocks glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Garnish with an orange peel.
The Dubliner is an Irish riff on the classic Manhattan.

Blue Moon 

2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. egg whites
3/4 oz. crème de violette
1/3 oz. simple syrup

Shake down and pour in coupe glass. Garnish with raspberries.
